Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Throne360 services operated by Throne360 LLC. It is designed to protect users, customer data, platform reliability, and the broader public.

• Using Throne360 for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory activity.
• Uploading malware, viruses, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt systems or users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, databases, systems, or data.
• Interfering with or degrading Throne360, including through excessive automated traffic, scraping, abuse, or security testing without written permission.
• Using Throne360 to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that violate anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws.
• Uploading or processing data you are not authorized to collect, use, import, enrich, or contact.
• Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, source, consent, or authorization.
• Using AI outputs to deceive others, impersonate people, make unlawful decisions, or avoid required human review.

• Use Aiden Prospecting and web research features only for lawful, public, business research.
• Do not use Throne360 to bypass login walls, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, robots restrictions, or website access controls.
• Do not use Throne360 for unauthorized LinkedIn scraping, fake accounts, proxy evasion, or automated harvesting behind authentication.
• Review lead candidates and source information before saving, exporting, contacting, or using them.
• Respect applicable privacy, marketing, intellectual property, and website terms.

Throne360 may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, limit, or terminate access, remove content, disable features, preserve evidence, or report activity to appropriate parties when necessary to protect users, Throne360, or the public.
