1. Billing Provider
Throne360 subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and credit pack purchases may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Billing settings may be managed inside Throne360 where available.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
- Plan access, user limits, AI credits, and premium features depend on the selected plan and any active add-ons.
- If payment fails, Throne360 may retry billing, limit premium features, or suspend access after notice where practical.
- Changing plans may result in prorated charges, credits, or immediate billing depending on Stripe settings and the selected change.
3. Cancellations
Users may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal or by contacting hello@throne360.com. Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Unless Throne360 states otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where Throne360 LLC chooses to issue a refund at its discretion. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact hello@throne360.com as soon as possible.
5. AI Credit Packs
- Purchased add-on AI credit packs roll over until used.
- Purchased add-on credits are consumed before monthly plan credits.
- AI credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or currency.
- Unused credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Throne360 LLC.
- Credits may be limited to the purchasing workspace and may not be transferred unless Throne360 allows it in writing.
6. Trials and Promotions
Trials, discounts, promotional credits, or beta access may have special terms. Throne360 may modify or end promotions where permitted by law.
