Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Throne360 LLC, a Georgia-based company, regarding your access to and use of Throne360, including the website, application, CRM tools, AI features, billing features, lead intelligence features, and related services.

By creating an account, using Throne360, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Throne360.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
• You must promptly notify Throne360 if you believe your account has been compromised.

Throne360 provides CRM and revenue management tools, including contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, meetings, imports, AI drafts, AI recommendations, Smart Dictation, photo note extraction, lead intelligence, and reporting features. Features may change over time as the product improves.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit to Throne360. You grant Throne360 permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, import, process, and use any personal information, lead data, customer data, files, notes, or other content submitted to Throne360.

• Aiden and other AI features may generate summaries, drafts, suggestions, structured data, lead insights, and recommended actions.
• AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and users must review output before relying on it.
• Throne360 is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI output.
• AI features may be limited by plan, credits, usage rules, availability, safety controls, or technical capacity.
• AI-generated actions that modify CRM records should be reviewed and approved by the user before being saved.

Lead intelligence and prospecting features are intended for public, lawful, business research. Users must not use Throne360 to bypass login walls, evade access restrictions, violate website terms, harvest restricted data, or collect information unlawfully.

Users are responsible for reviewing lead candidates before saving, contacting, exporting, or using them.

• Paid plans, add-ons, and AI credit packs may be billed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
• Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless Throne360 states otherwise.
• Purchased add-on credit packs roll over until used and are consumed before monthly plan credits.
• Credits have no cash value, are not a stored value product, and cannot be transferred outside Throne360 unless Throne360 allows it in writing.
• Plan features, limits, pricing, and credit amounts may change with notice where required by law.

You agree not to misuse Throne360, interfere with the service, violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, send spam, upload malicious code, or use the platform for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Throne360 aims to provide a reliable platform, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside Throne360’s control. Throne360 may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Throne360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. Throne360 does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs, lead data, revenue insights, or recommendations will be accurate or achieve specific business results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Throne360 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost subscribers, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or related to the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Georgia will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
