2. Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, login details, workspace details, and profile settings.
- CRM content entered by users, including contacts, companies, notes, meetings, tasks, deals, imported files, lead records, and communication drafts.
- AI feature inputs and outputs, including prompts, generated drafts, dictation transcripts, photo note extraction results, and Aiden activity logs.
- Billing information processed through Stripe, including subscription status, customer identifiers, invoices, and payment-related metadata. Throne360 does not store full card numbers.
- Usage information, such as pages visited, features used, device/browser data, approximate location, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
- Support communications sent to Throne360, including emails, attachments, and feedback.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Throne360.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
- Operate CRM features, AI features, imports, exports, lead intelligence, billing, and customer support.
- Generate AI summaries, drafts, recommendations, structured notes, and other Aiden-powered outputs requested by users.
- Process subscriptions, payments, trials, invoices, credit packs, and plan limits.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud, and enforce platform rules.
- Send service notices, product updates, billing notices, security alerts, and support responses.
4. AI and Customer Data
Throne360 uses AI features to help users work with their own CRM data. AI requests are intended to be scoped to the user workspace and the information the user is authorized to access.
Users should not submit sensitive information that they are not authorized to process. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before being used, sent, saved, or relied upon.
5. Service Providers
Throne360 may use trusted service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment processing, AI processing, email, storage, monitoring, and support tools. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to Throne360.
6. Sharing Information
Throne360 does not sell customer CRM data. Information may be shared when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, process payments, support a business transfer, or with the user’s direction or consent.
7. Data Retention
Throne360 keeps information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support legitimate business needs. Users may request deletion of account information by contacting hello@throne360.com.
8. Security
Throne360 uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
9. Your Choices
- Update account and workspace information inside the application where available.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting hello@throne360.com.
- Manage marketing email preferences where unsubscribe options are provided.
- Control browser cookies through browser settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
Throne360 is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Throne360 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
